Physicals & Immunization Reminder

In preparation for the 2016-2017 school year we recommend you schedule your child for a visit with their family physician. Athletes must have a recent physical examination and some students may be due for immunizations before starting school.

In accordance with Arizona State Law (A.R.S 15-872), students must have proof of all required immunizations, or a valid exemption in order to attend school.
It is also a requirement for 6th grade students, 11 years and older to receive the Meningococcal and Tdap vaccine. The Meningococcal vaccine provides protection against the meningitis bacteria and the Tdap vaccine provides protection against tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (whooping cough).
Please provide updated immunizations to the school health office as soon as possible. It is recommended that you schedule an appointment well in advance for your child to receive the necessary vaccines prior to the beginning of the new school year.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Mrs. Krich, school nurse.

2016-2017 Athletics Registration Now Open

Please remember in order for your child to play a sport at NPX, he/she must have a yearly physical. The physical must be dated after March 2016. You are welcome to use your child’s physician or plan to have a physical here at the school. Register for the 2016-2017 season now
